Refund and Returns Policy
1. Introduction
This Refund and Returns Policy explains the conditions for refunds across all products, services and training offered by Dal Sahota Therapies and Mental Health Training. By purchasing from this website, you accept this policy in full.
2. Digital Products
Digital products include audio tools, workbooks, online courses, templates, guides and any other downloadable or online content.
• All digital product sales are final.
• No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to change of mind, personal circumstances, misunderstanding of the product, or perceived lack of results.
• Access is granted immediately after purchase. Once access has been provided, the product is considered delivered and cannot be returned.
• By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for reviewing the product details before purchasing.
• Sharing or distributing digital content is not permitted.
3. Self Paced Courses and Online Programmes
• Enrolments in online programmes are final once payment has been processed.
• No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including change of mind, workload, illness, personal circumstances, or delays in completion.
• Course access time frames are clearly stated at purchase. Extensions may be offered at the discretion of the Company.
4. Mental Health First Aid Courses (MHFA)
MHFA courses are governed by national policies set by Mental Health First Aid Australia.
• All MHFA eLearning vouchers are purchased by the instructor from MHFA Australia and are non-refundable.
• Once an eLearning voucher has been purchased and assigned to a participant, the instructor has already incurred the cost.
• No refunds can be issued once the eLearning voucher has been purchased or assigned.
• If a participant cannot attend their booked Zoom dates, they will be moved to the next available session where possible. No refund is provided.
• If a participant fails to complete their eLearning, they cannot attend the Zoom sessions and no refund is provided.
• Participants who book the wrong date must move to another available date. No refund is provided.
• If minimum numbers are not met and a course needs to be rescheduled, participants will be moved to a new date. This does not qualify for a refund.
5. In Person Training
• Bookings for in person training are final once payment has been processed.
• No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including change of mind, travel issues, illness or personal circumstances.
• Substitution of a participant from the same organisation may be permitted if approved in writing before the training date.
6. Incorrect Purchases
If you purchase the incorrect product or booking link, the payment will be applied to the correct course or product.
• No refunds are given for incorrect purchases.
• The balance (if any) must be paid before access is granted.
7. Duplicate Payments
If a genuine duplicate payment is made in error, the duplicate amount will be refunded once verified.
8. Fraudulent Disputes and Chargebacks
If a participant lodges a chargeback after receiving digital content, eLearning, or training:
• All access will be cancelled immediately.
• Full evidence of access, delivery and communication will be provided to the relevant financial institution.
9. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds are not provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Bereavement
• Illness
• Workload
• Change in employment
• Personal distress
• Family events
Participants may reschedule their training to another available date where possible.
