The pathway

One to one work for complex trauma starts with CPTSD Rewired

Working with complex PTSD is never a single session. It usually takes between twelve and twenty sessions, and it begins with stabilisation, because capacity and resilience must be built before deeper processing is safe or effective.

That is why the pathway into one to one CPTSD work with Dal starts with completing her stage one stabilisation program, CPTSD Rewired. Completing stage one is how you show yourself, and Dal, that you are ready for the deeper work. From there, you can continue into trauma processing with Dal or with a therapist of your choice.

There are no direct bookings or one off appointments for complex trauma.
