ADHD intrusive thoughts won't let you rest. Let's interrupt them.
A Stop and Redirect audio, scripted for your exact thought loops, that you listen to once a day for 21 days. Not a generic track. Yours.
You know the moment
It's 10pm. You've been going since 7am. You finally sit down, and within a minute the voice starts. You shouldn't be resting. You haven't done enough. Get up.
So you open the laptop again. Or you stay on the couch but you don't actually rest, because the whole time you're arguing with a thought that won't lose.
And the worst part isn't the thought. It's that you can't tell anymore whether it's telling the truth.
Does this sound familiar?
- You shouldn't be resting.
- You have to keep working until everything is done.
- You need to make more content or you'll fall behind.
- If you stop now you'll never start again.
- You never finish anything.
- This should be easier. Other people manage.
- You've wasted the whole day.
- They didn't reply, so you've upset them.
- Any feedback means you've failed.
- You can't start anything because something's on later.
Enough is enough.
These aren't thoughts you're choosing. They're loops. An ADHD brain runs them faster and louder, and every time one plays out, the groove gets deeper. That's why a good night's sleep doesn't clear them and a productive day doesn't earn you rest. The loop doesn't care what you did.
Why trying harder hasn't worked
You've probably tried outworking the thought, reasoning with it, or promising yourself you'll rest once everything is done. Everything is never done, so the loop wins every time.
Effort doesn't fix a loop. Interruption does. A pattern that runs automatically has to be caught at the moment it starts, stopped with a signal your brain recognises, and redirected somewhere specific. Do that once and it's a technique. Do it daily for three weeks and it starts to become the new automatic.
What a Stop and Redirect audio is
It's a guided recording, around 15 minutes, that takes you into a relaxed, focused state and rehearses the interruption with your actual thoughts. Your loop starts, your stop signal fires, you breathe, and you redirect to the feeling you chose: calm, permission, enough. Every listen runs that sequence again. Repetition is what builds a new pathway, and 21 days of daily listening is where that starts.
Because it's written from your intake, the audio uses the thoughts in your words, your stop image, and the moment it usually hits you. That's what makes it land.
How it works
- Tell me your loops.A 10-minute form: which thoughts, when they hit, and what you'd rather feel instead. Then a 2-minute distress check-in so we have your starting point.
- I write and record your audio.Scripted from your answers, recorded in my voice, edited and mixed with music. With you within 7 days.
- Listen once a day for 21 days.More if you want. Missed days are fine, just listen today. Every listen strengthens the new pathway.Daily repetition in a consistent context is how a new response becomes automatic, and missing a single day does not set the process back (Lally et al., 2010, European Journal of Social Psychology).
- Day 22, check in again.Redo the 2-minute check-in and see your before and after.
What you get
- Your personalised Stop and Redirect audio, yours to keep with lifetime access
- Day 1 and Day 22 distress check-ins with your scores explained
- Check-in emails through the 21 days

Questions
Is this hypnosis?
The audio uses a relaxed, focused state, the same one you drop into when you're absorbed in something, to rehearse the interruption where it sticks. You stay aware the whole time and you can stop at any point.
What if I miss days?
Nothing is lost. Listen the next day. The 21 days are about repetition, not perfection, and an ADHD brain doesn't need another thing to feel guilty about.
Why 21 days?
Three weeks of daily listening is your structured starting block: long enough for the interruption to stop feeling like effort and start running on its own. Some people feel the shift in the first week. The audio is yours for life, so you keep listening for as long as it serves you.
What are the check-ins?
The K10, a standard 10-question measure of distress over the past four weeks. Two minutes each time. You see your score and what it means immediately, and I send you the before and after on Day 22.
Can I use it after the 21 days?
Yes. The audio is yours for life. If at any point you notice yourself slipping back into the old patterns, simply start listening again.
What if my thoughts change?
Your audio is scripted around the loops you give me now. If different thoughts take over later, you can order a revised audio written for those.
Ready to interrupt the loop?
Tell me your thoughts today. Your audio is with you within 7 days.
