A structured 12-week neuroscience-based programme to help your nervous system feel safe again.

If this is you, you are in the right place.

On the outside, you’re high-functioning. Successful, even. But inside, your nervous system is running a different program:

  • You go from calm to flooded in seconds
  • You shut down mid conversation
  • You replay messages and tone for hours
  • You brace for something bad, even on good days
  • You feel “too much” or you feel nothing
  • You pull away from people you care about
  • Shame hits fast and sticks

This is your nervous system protecting you the only way it knows how. And you can teach it a different way.

“Your trauma responses are not character defects. They’re protective adaptations that can be rewired.” - Dal Sahota

For years, I didn’t understand why my body stayed on high alert.
I had a successful career.
From the outside, everything looked fine.

But privately, I was running on empty.

When I started learning the neuroscience of trauma, things began to make sense.
My reactions weren’t random.
They were learned patterns.

This is the programme I needed years ago.

Hi, I’m Dal Sahota.

For years, I understood my trauma intellectually.
I could explain attachment styles, name my triggers,
but I couldn’t remember most of my childhood.

And none of that knowledge changed how my body reacted.

It still braced in relationships.
Shut down in conflict.
Swung between panic and numbness.

That gap between insight and change is where many people with Complex PTSD get stuck.

I know that gap because I lived with Complex PTSD too.

I spent years moving from one therapist to the next,
but nothing fully addressed what I was experiencing.

That is what led me to retrain in my 40s
and build the programme I needed decades ago.

What shifted things for me wasn’t more insight.
It was understanding what was happening in my body
and retraining the patterns driving those reactions.

Psychoeducation reduced shame.
Body-based work built regulation.

I stopped trying to think my way out of survival mode.
I started retraining it.

The approaches inside CPTSD Rewired™
are the same ones I used to change my own patterns.

My reactions no longer control how I respond.

CPTSD Rewired™ is built on that principle.

Understanding comes first, so your nervous system can begin to feel safe.
Regulation is built through repetition, not willpower.
Deeper work only happens once there is enough internal capacity.

This is Stage 1 stabilisation.
Safety. Regulation. Capacity.

My background includes:

  • Clinical Hypno-Psychotherapy
  • Master’s in Counselling and Psychotherapy (in progress)
  • Principal Master Instructor for Mental Health First Aid

Why understanding alone has not been enough

Insight helps you make sense of your life.

It does not automatically change your stress response.

When your body is bracing, logic does not override it.

CPTSD Rewired™ focuses on:

  • Nervous system education
  • Subconscious retraining through repetition
  • Structured neuroplasticity audios
  • Phased skill building across 12 weeks
  • Safety and capacity before deeper work

This is foundational work.

Not surface reassurance.

Not motivation.

Training.

The Solution: Rewire Your Nervous System Through Evidence-Based Neuroplasticity

CPTSD Rewired™ is different.

Most approaches try to change thoughts, behaviours, or memories before the body feels safe enough to support change.

CPTSD Rewired™ focuses on something more foundational.

This programme is built around Stage 1 trauma stabilisation, the internationally recognised first phase of complex trauma recovery. The goal is not to revisit or process traumatic memories. The goal is to create enough internal safety, stability, and regulation for real change to become possible.

When the nervous system is constantly scanning for threat, insight does not translate into relief. Awareness alone does not change automatic responses. The body has to learn that the danger has passed.

That is what this programme addresses.

What makes CPTSD Rewired™ a clinical-grade programme:

  • 26 structured lessons explaining complex trauma through a nervous system and neuroplasticity lens, so your symptoms finally make sense
  • Guided audio practices designed to support regulation through repetition, without forcing emotional processing
  • Evidence-based assessments used to track progress over time, rather than relying on motivation or willpower
  • A structured progression that builds stability first, before moving towards deeper emotional capacity
  • Self-paced access, allowing you to work with your nervous system rather than against it

This is not peer support.
This is not surface-level self-help.

It is a structured stabilisation programme designed to build the foundation required for deeper trauma work.

The Structured Progression Inside CPTSD Rewired™

CPTSD Rewired™ follows a structured, staged progression designed to build safety and stability before deeper emotional work. Each phase builds on the last. You move forward in order because regulation develops sequentially, not all at once.

Phase 1

Foundations and Understanding

You learn why your nervous system reacts the way it does and why CPTSD is different from single incident trauma.
This phase focuses on clarity, orientation, and reducing self blame.
You begin to understand your patterns without trying to change them yet.

What most people notice
Relief from finally making sense of their experiences. Less shame. A clear framework for what comes next.

Phase 2

Stabilisation and Regulation Capacity

You begin building the ability to recognise dysregulation as it happens and recover more efficiently.
The focus is on strengthening your capacity for calm, not forcing calm.
What most people notice
Shorter recovery time after emotional activation. More moments of steadiness. Improved clarity under stress.

Phase 3

Emotional Tolerance and Witnessing

You develop the ability to stay present with emotional experience without becoming overwhelmed, shutting down, or disconnecting.
Emotions become information rather than threats.
What most people notice
A wider window of tolerance. Fewer emotional extremes. Increased confidence in handling internal experiences.

Phase 4

Body Based Regulation and Relational Safety

This phase focuses on how trauma is held in the body and how regulation supports safer connection with others.
You work on restoring a felt sense of safety in your body and in relationships.
What most people notice
Reduced physical stress symptoms. Less tension and reactivity. Greater ease in connection and boundaries.

Phase 5

Integration and Long Term Regulation

You consolidate regulation skills so they become automatic and sustainable.
The focus is on maintaining stability during challenge and recognising when additional support is needed.
What most people notice
Greater trust in yourself. More emotional consistency. The ability to handle stress without falling back into survival patterns.

What Actually Changes When Your Body Feels Safer

When regulation improves, life does not become perfect.

  • It becomes manageable.
  • You recover faster.
  • You think more clearly.
  • You stop living on edge.

You Catch It Sooner

Instead of realising at 9pm that you have been tense all day, you notice activation early, while it is still workable.

You Don’t Stay Triggered for Days

Arguments no longer ruin your week. A difficult email does not spiral into hours of replaying it. Your body settles faster.

You Stop Swinging Between Numb and Overwhelmed

You tolerate stress without shutting down. You feel more range, less extreme spikes.

You Have More Choice in the Moment

You pause. You respond. You do not default to old survival reactions.

Your Body Feels Less On Guard

You are not constantly scanning. You are not bracing for impact. You feel steadier in ordinary situations.

You See Real, Trackable Progress

Your assessment scores improve over time. You can measure regulation. Not guess it.

Real Results from Nervous System Regulation

These outcomes are from clients who worked with Dal privately using the neuroplasticity audio practices and nervous system regulation methods now included in CPTSD Rewired™.

Case Study 1: From Severe Distress to Stable in One Week

Assessment score: 32 (severe psychological distress) → 2 after one week

After just one week of daily practice with the Stop and Redirect audio, this client’s Kessler Psychological Distress Scale score dropped from 32 to 2. They reported feeling calm for the first time in months and were able to return to work.

Method: Neuroplasticity audio practice (2-3 times daily)

Case Study 2: Breaking the Rumination Cycle

A client reported replaying messages and conversations for hours daily, unable to stop analyzing every interaction. Within 2 weeks of using the neuroplasticity audios, they could catch the rumination pattern early and shift their focus. The mental loops that used to consume entire evenings now lasted minutes.

Method: Daily neuroplasticity audio practice targeting rumination patterns

Case Study 3: Consistent Regulation Across Multiple Clients

Dal has repeatedly observed clients move from severe dysregulation (scores of 28-35 on standardised assessments) to mild or minimal distress (scores of 2-8) within 1-4 weeks of consistent audio practice.

Common pattern: Daily audio repetition targeting subconscious neural pathways

These results occurred through 1:1 clinical work. CPTSD Rewired™ now makes these same methods available in a structured 12-week programme.

What's Included in CPTSD Rewired™

26 Video Lessons

In-depth psychoeducation on the neuroscience of CPTSD, including amygdala function, implicit memory, polyvagal theory, and why your nervous system reacts the way it does.
This is not surface-level explanation. It is clinical training delivered in clear, accessible language.

5 Neuroplasticity Audio Practices

Designed for passive repetition 2–3 times daily. These are not generic meditation tracks.
Each audio targets specific neural pathways involved in regulation, emotional witnessing, and fear threshold resetting. This is how lasting brain change occurs.

18 Worksheets

Structured worksheets that guide you through identifying triggers, mapping nervous system responses, building safety in relationships, and tracking regulation over time.

Evidence-Based Assessments

Brief Resilience Scale (BRS), Kessler Psychological Distress Scale (K10), and Depression Anxiety Stress Scale (DASS-21).
Completed at the start, middle, and end of the programme to measure neuroplastic change with data, not just perception.

Self-Paced Structure

Approximately 12 weeks if you follow the recommended timeline.
You can move slower if needed. There are no deadlines, no pressure, and no penalty for pausing and returning.

Lifetime Access

This programme is yours permanently, including future updates and additions to the core learning materials and audio practices. Revisit lessons as often as needed. Use the audios for ongoing regulation and maintenance. Assessments are provided as part of the structured programme to support reflection and progress at key points.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will this cure my CPTSD?

No. This programme does not promise a cure. It teaches regulation skills so your brain and body can settle faster, recover more effectively, and build steadiness over time. Some people also choose additional support alongside this work, such as clinical care, medication, or community. The goal is to build capacity so other healing approaches have a better chance of working.

I’ve tried regulation techniques before and they didn’t work. Why would this be different?

Most techniques fail when they are taught as random tips rather than a structured practice that targets underlying brain circuits. “Just breathe” often fails when threat responses are running the show. This programme teaches why a tool works, when to use it, and how to build change through repetition. The audio practices are designed for short, consistent daily use because repetition is what builds new pathways.

Is this program only for people with diagnosed CPTSD?

No diagnosis is required. If you grew up with chronic stress, relational trauma, or repeated unsafe experiences and now struggle with emotion regulation, shutdown, hypervigilance, or relationship patterns, this programme can help. It offers a structured way to understand your patterns and practise skills.

How is this different from therapy?

This is psychoeducation plus skills training. It is structured learning that teaches the neuroscience of trauma and gives you tools to practise. Therapy is individual care involving tailored formulation and clinical treatment planning. This programme does not provide diagnosis, crisis support, or trauma memory processing.

What if I can’t commit to the 12-week timeline?

The 12-week timeline is a recommendation, not a requirement. Move at your own pace. You can pause and return whenever you need. The only factor that drives results is consistency with the practices while you are actively working through the material.

Can I do this program if I’m already in therapy?

Yes. Many people use structured skills training alongside therapy. It can reduce how much time you spend trying to settle during sessions so therapy time can be used more effectively. You may share this with your clinician if you wish, but it is not required.

What if I get triggered by the material?

This programme is designed to be as low-activation as possible. You are not asked to revisit traumatic memories. If you feel activated, pause, use the regulation tools, and return when you feel ready. You control the pace and your exposure.

You Deserve a Nervous System That Feels Safe

For years, you may have been told your symptoms meant there was something wrong with you. That you needed to calm down, think positively, or try harder.

But your nervous system was shaped by survival. It has been doing exactly what it learned to do.

It is not your fault that traditional approaches have not worked. And you do have options.

CPTSD Rewired™ is a structured Stage 1 programme focused on nervous system regulation, clinical psychoeducation, and neuroplasticity-based practices. The goal is to help your brain and body settle, build capacity, and create the conditions where deeper healing work can become possible.

This programme focuses on stabilisation first, so your nervous system has the capacity for real change.

You’re Tired of Managing It Alone.

You understand your trauma.

But your body still reacts before you can think.

This masterclass will show you

why this happens

and what actually helps your nervous system begin to settle.
