This is a deeply nurturing and beautifully scented mask made from primrose and wheatgerm oil. It offers a high dose of vitamins E and F. as well as essential oils geranium and rosewood, which provide hydration and balance for the skin. The combination of clay and rosewood also act as an astringent tonic to freshen, brighten as well as nourish dry and damaged skin.
1 Tablespoon of wheatgerm oil
3 capsules of evening primrose oil (contents only)
2 drops of geranium essential oil
2 drops of rosewood essential oil
2 Tablespoons of green or white clay powder
2 Tablespoons of rosewater hydrolat
In a small bowl, combine the wheatgerm and evening primrose oils along with the rosewood and geranium essential oils. Once mixed, add the clay and pour over the rosewater leaving the mixture to sit for an extra 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, mix to make a smooth paste.
Apply to a cleansed face and neck evenly and leave for 2-300 minutes. Remove the mask and wash the face with water, patting the face dry gently to dry. To complete the treatment, apply some of the rosewater to cotton pads and press into the skin. Leave to dry naturally and finish by applying your desired moisturizer.
