This wonderfully rich mask made of avocado and cream is full of amino and omega fatty acids as well as vitimins A, B and C. Not only will it nourish and sooth the skin but it also offers hydration and leaves the face and neck feeling and looking more plump.

Ingredients

Half a ripe avocado

2 Tablespoons of fresh double cream

2 Tablespoon of wheatgerm oil

2 capsules of evening primrose oil

Water

Rosewater hydrolat

 

Method

Cut an avocado in half, peel and remove the stone. Using the back of a fork, mash the avocado. Add the double cream, wheatgerm and evening primrose oil. Mix well.

 

Application

Apply the mixture evenly to a cleansed face and neck and leave for 20-30 minutes. Rinse with water and gently pat dry, apply some rosewater to cotton pads and press into the skin. Leave to dry naturally and finish by applying your desired moisturizer.
