Dal passionately supports her clients & participants in empowering themselves with knowledge and education to create a positive impact both personally and professionally.
Dal is a passionate advocate for raising mental health awareness by using her training and lived experience in her work; to reduce stigma in organisation’s and in the wider community.
Dal worked in the disability sector for several years where she promoted client wellness and staff training. She also previously worked as case manager supporting clients with mental health barriers across Perth. Prior to working in disability, she trained many participants in health and wellness in England, Ireland, Europe, Australia and worldwide (at sea).
Dal holds a Graduate Diploma in Adult and Vocational Education, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, she is a Mindfulness Meditation teacher, a Clinical Hypnotherapist and is studying Clinical Psychotherapy. She delivers Mental Health First Aid courses face to face and online for organisation’s including government, not-for-profit, utilities, hospitality, mining and many more. She can facilitate courses throughout Australia.
